I am in the middle of haveing plans looked at by a building contractor to own a 120 seat resturant built.

This is something i enjoy wanted to do for years (i tight 5 or 6 years)
i really need some direction and some where that will hand over me 300k GARANTEED!

Please help!
You inevitability to start small. No one is going to hand over $300K to a 21 year antediluvian with little experience; especially for a resturaunt. Resturaunt start ups enjoy the highest dead loss rate of all businesses. Maybe you should start catering out of your home. It allows you to build up a clientel and group wealthy empire who may be so impresseed with your ability that they will partner with you.

I enjoy some idea but I doubt it might not work for you.
No one is going to donate you lb300k to start up a business - at the age of 21.

You'd need a business plan drawing up to clutch to the bank for a loan - but i doubt they'd make a contribution you very much at adjectives.

You could try and find an investor, but they are not just going to afford you a loan - they'd want a cut of the bussiness... and a HUGE cut for lb300k - you be more like their hand.

Normally, for a 21 year old to own their own business, they need to be skilled and terribly hard-working OR own an amazing unique belief OR be filthy rich to start with.

It doesn't nouns like you are any of these things... Obviously it depends on location, type of food and type of diner you are aiming at.

Do you need 300k within profit, or just sale.

Answers:    Sounds approaching you are jumping right surrounded by, as a former business owner (not in this industry) I can relate you that you need to be sure you know what you are getting into. I am sure you enjoy already done your homework by working in the resturant business for a quantity of years and you know how the operations down the scenes should be run. There are three areas you have need of to focus on for your success, within order of hurry:

1. Bathrooms
2. Dining area atmosphere
3. Kitchen

The assumption here is that your food is average, your not pipe a 5-star resturant with a top chef. So the food alone will not hold them comming, you need to give something more.

The Bathrooms are the #1 item, when a patron uses the bathroom they carry the idea of newly how clean your place is. A lot of places do not state the bathroom...when I go to a nice restarant next to a dirty bathroom, I never come back.

The atmosphere is what will attract the patrons and save them comming back. Make sure you've identified your customer and designed the atmosphere to attract them.

The kitchen and its operation are very vital. You must assume that everytime a bad dish go out to a patron, you've lost that person's adjectives business. Also, long waits for food or service will not bring a customer rear. You need to insure the operation runs efficiently and verbs. If you are not well experienced within the industry, this is where you stipulation to hire someone who is!
