Is there a time spell within a 24 hour interval, where the adjectives world sleeps together? Or when its very untimely morning in one portion of the world and late night/morning within another? The reason why I am asking this, is because I want to know the best time to update my website - i want to update it at a time where on earth people are smaller amount likely to be online! If that make sense... My content is Travel News ...

In a word .. no. Every 15 degrees of rotation of the land is one hour of time. The best time to update the site would be when it's daylight over the Pacific ocean, because that's the longest stretch of the loam with the smallest population. Find out when it's midday on the International Date Line ... that would be the best time.

If your site is world cavernous best time would be 4aM EST
You can place this on your site update daily after 8am EST
or what ever time you would close to

Just a tad bit over 1.000 miles per time zone making up 24 hours and a new zone respectively time But' peeps working sleep at different. times so NO...lol

no we each usually go and get 8 hrs thus breaking down 24 hrs into 3 periods .....its similar to working at a factory with 3 - 8 hr shifts they can not adjectives work at the same time at any point surrounded by time right?
