2 of my personnel work overtime while the other 2 are rot on the work, how should I fix this? The 2 employees that are decline have a secretary that completes most

The 2 employees that are decline have a secretary that completes most of their work. The other 2 don't. What are some devout ideas for correcting this productivity concern?
reward the workers that have be working overtime. if you know the other two arent doing jack, dont give them any rewards, but inspire some kind of incentive for anyone a good member of staff. hope this helps. best wishes. CRUSH THEM contained by your uncompromising fist! and watch them hurry to do your bidding.

give the secretary to the workers, and trademark the non-workers do their own jobs.
would it be feasible to pocket away some of the tasks from the overtimed employees and overhaul them over to the 2 idle ones?

alternatively you could assign the secretary to do smaller quantity for the 2 idle ones and ask her to relieve out the overtimed ones.

another option would be to ge a second secretary to minister to out the overtimed employees
give the hardworking ones a holiday near pay but manufacture the other two work overtime. divvy up the secretary's time among the 4
Ummm...so eat up the payroll from 4 employees to 2...too simple, huh?
Anyone 'idle' is to be sure a drain...
Drop the dead donkeys...
immediate!

Answers:   Years ago I worked for an employer that would consistently ask for overtime on weekends. This 'request' would commonly come at 3:00 o'clock on Friday afternoon. Very disruptive when you've already made 'your' weekend plans. This was untrue to most and as a result employee turnover be quite large.
I give my current employer 8 hours out of every workday. I seldom appropriate my full lunch and I take my coffee break at my desk on various occasions. When asked to do overtime (excepting emergencies) I across the world decline. The rest of the day (not including commute time) belongs to my ancestral. I work hard at my position and I intend to give my domestic the same dedication.
If your family are not completing their work they are either not giving the project their all or your delegate too much work. Talk to them. Find out which it is and correct it. Don't expect every employee to embrace overtime. 99.9 % of workers work to live - not the other way around.
And not a soul should be punished for it.
threaten 2 fire them
or
keep the Secretary beside you so they can do their own work
