A guy I work next to owns a % of a flea bazaar beside a partner that requests out since he lives too far away.? I thought that this could be an opportunity for me to get

I thought that this could be an opportunity for me to get surrounded by. I have no experience near this kind of stuff and I want to hear from others that do. What question should I ask? What should I look for? It would be around a $30,00 investment, and the flea market made $64,000 second year and has monthly renters so it is established.

Answers:    Ask to see three years of financial statements. Take them to a trusted business friend, CPA or advocate. They can really help you look them over beside a professional eye.

Other things to ask:
What is their debt load?
Do they enjoy any judgements pending against them?
Do they own the facility?
How are repairs split out?

Best of Luck!
