Accepting PayPal payments after Ebay auction? Okay, no one have really answered this question on other question I

Okay, no one have really answered this question on other question I have see.

I am selling an item on e-bay for the first time. I have a regular personal Paypal details. If they payed, would it just jump on my debit card I use on Paypal for buying?

OR do I need to set up a business narrative or premeire account. Also which do you use, business or premeire? Do I stipulation a checking account to adopt payments? This is all remarkably confusing and I need to know immediate!

P.S. I don't want to accept money directives or checks, just Paypal.

Thanks so much for general public who really take time to confer a real answer!

Answers:    Hey. If you're planning on doing alot of business on ebay, you might want to expand to other contribution methods..eventually.

But, right now you look worthy. The personal account is purely fine for occasional sales. Make sure your item is scheduled as a paypal only mart too...and if it's worth $50 or more, you might want to make it an "instant clearing required" transaction.

I have a premier article that works fine for me, but you don't really need to upgrade unless you're going to do more business. If you DO own their debit card, yes you can access the funds with that as they describe on the paypal site.

Yes, they charge a levy for payments recieved (rates are listed lower than the membership plan options), no fees for what you discharge out though.

You don't 'need' a checking account to recieve payments, but it help when adding or withdrawing funds. I'm pretty sure it's required to be a verified extremity too. (helps people trust the seller/buyer)

In broad though...Ebay, has ALOT more information on their seller forums on this topic http://forums.ebay.com/db2/forum.jspa?fo... I'm sure there's other questions you enjoy too. Which are probably answered there.
