What I am looking to do is have a schedule of inventory parts that stores my on hand count. They will respectively have an item code, price, and cost. What I would approaching to do is at the end of respectively day - be capable of enter in what I hold sold for the day, along next to reducing my own hand count correctly. Answers:    this is a adjectives need within a database. it is a bit more complex than this forum provides for. you will want to follow the basic wants you described with several table in access
- items
- customers
- sale orders
- purchase directions
- prices
- transaction registry
