We sold 4 denby plates of ebay.co.uk. The person who won the item salaried lb24.99 for them and we printed the postage through paypal and sent it via 1st class (royal mail) post. It has since be 11 days since we posted it and the buyer is getting really anoyed (they are from Denmark - think the item go to someone they know in the UK) what can we right to be heard? We have not sold/bought much on ebay so unpromising feedback would really damage us! How do we catch the money from the Royal Mail? We do not have proof of postage! (We shredded it because it said lb0 at compensation.)

Please sustain! What should/can we do?

Answers:    If they are in Denmark, how can it be Royal Mail's bad habit? Maybe it is a Danish Mail's fault?

Was it insured? If not, they they are out of luck?

Did the customer pay cheque for insurance? If not, it is their responsiblity.

Did you request delivery confirmation? If not, you cannot make clear to if the customer is lying to you.

If you are afraid of negative feedback, your simply recourse is to satisfy the customer.

NOTE: You "THINK" it go to someone they know in the UK? That sounds close to you have be scammed.

NOTE: "IF THE CUSTOMER DID NOT PAY FOR INSURANCE, IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY"
