Answering machines for business? I am looking for an answering machine that will ring a special

I am looking for an answering machine that will ring a special ring or simply ring when some one presses a certain number after the message is played. Basically I want to know how to screen my central calls for direct assistance (where I can answer and let the smaller number important call go to VM
I am a small business and do not want to spend a fortune

As someone who is on the buying completion.I never leave messages unless I am calling after hours. If I don't receive a live person I will simply suspend up and go to the subsequent number in the phone book or from the Internet. Unless I hold a special interest in a expert business an answering machine will deter my business so I do not recommend them for you. Consider that you may be turning business away to some extent than simply sorting your time.

EDIT: AH, then why not simply enjoy a separate line for folks interested contained by employment? If the potential applicant does not honor your wishes by calling that number you have a idyllic screening implement for not hiring them! They can't follow simple directions! Or, if a separate line is out of the quiz, you can tell them you keep amused applicants from 8-9 AM only (or whatever). Again, if they don't honor your wishes you know you shouldn't hire them.

While I bet a system resembling that exist,
try this instead;

Answer all call:
for anything but important call,
inform the caller you are especially
busy and will call them final
between x and t time.

see if that is ok beside them.

if a friend calls, same point.

IF a solicitor, same.

give respectively category of caller
a time slot when they may telephone call back.

try it for 2 mo and I bet your
usefulness sky rockets!

Answers: Our gadget simply states that if I don't answer than I am away from my desk and to leave a message and I'll ring them back.

In your valise, it is sounding like you solely want to talk to particular people. As a customer, I would be sulky knowing that. I like to settle to a person and litter to leave messages on some business's machines. I will find another place that a valid person can support me. Sorry, but it's the truth. A machine is great to answer if you aren't at hand, but use caller ego to screen your call, not an answer machine.
