I am 10 wks from having my first little one. My husband and I would prefer I stay home with our child, but cannot afford it. I would like to find any giving of work I can do from home, without falling for any scam or having to buy anything. Just making an extra $500.00 a month would be adequate. Does anyone have any thinking or suggestions? Thanks for your help!

Answers: Oh, congrats on the untried coming baby! I recognize why you want to stay home. That's why my husband and I started our own home based business, be so that both of us could stay home and raise our child (children now). I didn't want him to enjoy to be the typical dad gone all the time and home purely for dinner and putting the kids to bed. Most home jobs with the sole purpose pay minimum wage. Not a sufficient amount of income for anyone to survive on. If you really want to formulate a difference in your child's enthusiasm, I suggest you start a home based business where on earth you can make a sufficient amount of money for both you and your husband to work out of your home and know how to support yourselves and especially this new infant. Raising a baby to toddler to preteen to youngster, costs a lot of money. The average child costs parents a million dollars during their life span time. $500 extra a month is not going to cover it. You also have to mull over about, money spent contained by the future close to Pre-school, after school sports, clothing, birthday party, their first car, and next the big one college. You really need to set yourselves up to know how to afford all of these things. That's why I suggest you start your own home base business. They're inexpensive to start, most are under $500 but the income opportunity is matching as a traditional business, with smaller number expenses in overhead costs, you don't own to have set hours approaching stores do, they're easier to run etc.
