As a small Ltd co can I submit my own annual accounts?
Yes but its a cold phone up! It would be better if you employed an auditor. If you are a small business there will not be much work so they wont charge mch but it willl make a contribution you peace of mind :) hope this helps.
I used to do my ex husbands then freshly got them checked out once a year.
Saved a bit of money.
Answers: Of course you can! As a director it is your responsibility to ensure that the accounts are correct - and your liability if they are incorrect. If you can do them yourself then why engage an accountant to do it!
