I had a tiny bureau that used to be store room with no window.
As well as my desk i have a office junior contained by there to.
I used to tolerate him do my job so he would'nt receive bored.
Then i bought lots of mags for him to read like fhm.
In the come to an end he used to pace up and down surrounded by my office after a year because he be bored.
He one day said to me.
"You know when you see a tiger surrounded by a cage pace up and down"
I said YEAH.
He said i know how he feels.
I resigned 3 months following. He did a year later.
