Best agency to propose a partnership? This is the scenario. My brother started a small restaurant.

This is the scenario. My brother started a small restaurant. I joined him and very soon we have 3. I pretty much run the show within all of them, but he's the one next to the money. Now we are about to approachable a new place. I am doing almost everything (looking for a place, interviewing next to owners, permits, licence, etc) he's going to put all the money, but I'm going to unscrew the place. I was other well rewarded for my intricate work, don't get me wrong. I freshly need this step one-sidedly. How would you ask your wealthy elder brother (we are 22 years appart) to open the restaurant as a partnership? Would it be better to ask for 20% on revenue or 30% of lattice profits? or what do you think I should ask for? Thank you!
In the absence of a partnership agreement you can arrive at an oral agreement.

You are warmth to contact me regarding partnership agreements. They're airtight. You don't want to upset him off beside a 'big shiny document', but you do want him to know you're serious... especially given the level of commitment you demonstrate.

Answers:    sounds similar to you have a pretty perfect working relationship. i would have a assemblage and let him know what you want to do. possibly you can put up some of the money as well. you enjoy to do the math on taking 20% of gross or 30% of net but commonly 20% of gross revenue will be better than 30% of net profits. pious luck!
