Blaclist for desperate customers? Question: Hi I have a small internet business selling productive sewings.

Question: Hi
I have a small internet business selling productive sewings. I use 3rd party credit card processing company to receive payments from customers. And sometimes at hand are customers which want "very urgent" transport (which costs, of course, suitable money) and then, after I own shipped, calls wanting to call off ("just changed mind"), so I do discount. Okay, I receive the goods pay for, but not the money spend on the courier. So my Q is - are there any list where I can enter and also see the those which do such things on a regular basis (because I occasionally found a customer which advice from another shop did the same thing). I know nearby are lists for such "bad" companies, but are within any for private clients?
i dont think near is a "list"
its just the stake of having your own business

there aren't any but dont allow refund unless there is something wrong next to it on your hand.
The problem next to sharing lists is that you can closing stages up with a libel claim unless you can categorically prove it - you also achieve into privacy issues.

I would suggest changing your Ts&Cs to voice P&P will not be refunded if cancelled inwardly X days of dispatch.

Answers:
I think the reccomendation to alter your terms of services to not reimbursement shipping is a good one. You still enjoy the flexibility to be more generous near your repeat customers
than some questionable first time buyer.

If your credit card processing company requires these terms, you may be capable of get around it by requiring a non-refundable deposit(or at lowest for "very urgent delivery") as a separate reward.

Another alternative is to add to your transport fees to cover the occasional deadbeat.
