Business bill head? Whats the best free operating system for making and printing bill heads

I have used a program call Microfax Draw which came near some Avery business card blanks. I have tried other programs but I other go posterior to that one as it is so easy to use and so flexible. Unfortunately the company hold stopped making it. So I don't suppose they would mind if I did you a copy.
I see the previous answer and maybe they are using a more advanced newspaper of word than me but mine will not let me put descriptions etc exactly where I want them and Mircofax Draw will permit me do that
Answers: You can do both surrounded by Microsoft Word quite smoothly.
(Sorry if you think this answer is a "time waster", but it's simply zilch but the truth. There are six of us in my department and we make our business cards on Avery perforate business card stock using Word and printing them on a laser printer.)
