That all depends on who you are. A lot of times, populace outside the business world can form strong opinions on the road they "think" things should be done. However, there are still times what individuals push things too far.
In common, I would think the things we know in the region of are getting ethically better and we are still testing at fresh issues.

I think they will be getting worse because the souk is softening. its getting tough and agents will do what they have to do to survive. I be doing an open house and an agent be trying to show off within front of his client and made unprofessional statements regarding the deficit of amenities in the house that i be doing the open house at. he said his list which was subsequent door would sell in the past mine. he was trying to look correct in front of his client. surrounded by my opinion he only just looked stupid.
Your generalizing, some those define themselves as ethical and will other be ethical no matter how other conduct business.
