Answers:    I'm not sure what you mean "by selling chocolates" -- if you are going to market chocolates you yourselves created or if you are selling Toblerone, M&Ms and other brand chocolates.

If you are going to make your own chocolates, in that are several things you need to consider -- no event what age you are.

You are dealing with food, and to market food, you need to hold the proper licenses and certifications markedly from your state's Department of Health. To be able to vend food products, your Dept of Health will need to check how the food is prepared, if your equipment is up to par, sanitation requirements, etc.

And even if you'd be selling outside food stores, you involve to think of the possibility that someone could sue you because of food poisoning. It seem so far out an occurence, but these things happen, and if you're contained by the food business this is something you need to monitor out for. Hence, you need to own insurance to protect you and your family's asset in overnight case someone sues you

Even selling outside food stores -- e.g. you're going to put up small stall outside a store -- there might be permit you need to find before setting up a food stall.

I hope I'm not making it nouns so complicated and difficult for you, but starting a business (especially a food business) has lots of officially recognized requirements that the business owner needs to fulfill
