Found a business name I resembling, but it was taken surrounded by that city, can I register in my city?
Should I register trademark?
I want to expand to adjectives over US.

You can register a trade-name which will protect the given name in a geographic nouns. You can register a trademark with the Copyright organization and protect the name more broadly. But if the baptize is already being used you might enjoy trouble enforcing your rights to the nickname, especially if the other company using the name is established.
