I believe eBay no longer accept auctions where no physical confinement takes place.
One means of access would be to 'burn' your material to CD's and put on the market the CD's ...
Another method might be to add some sort of Copy Protection that requires an 'unlock' code ... and build the material available for download from eg. your net site.
On eBay you could then auction article Licence Certificates each containing a (unique) unlock code.
