i listed a item for Dutch auction on ebay and someone offered me a lb50 for it so i sent them a invoice through paypal (out of ebay)the person recieved it aphorism it has a stain on and pulls and other things etc when i know for a reality it was fine,however she is asking for some money put a bet on for it (lb20)i offered her lb10 a but shes not interested and on about going through a paypal claim what is is best i do as i know that top be fine and i think she is trying to verbs a fast one,but next to paypal its my word against hers,any help would be appreciated it gratefulness in mortgage xx The term is "buyer beware". Don't tender them anything back. Just budge through the claim and be honest. Most likely they scammed until that time and will have lots of claims going through.

Answers: Well having not long been ripped stale myself, I would advise getting the item spinal column cause she can enjoy her payment reversed (like my buyer did 2 weeks AFTER unloading item, which they also kept!) and Paypal will NOT help at adjectives! I totally refuse to use them in a minute cause they didnt want to know even knowing I have proof of postage and they had the item which be not cheap!
Get your item back, previously you get ripped past its sell-by date hun!

Did you give the item with photographs when you advertise it?

If so, do you still have those photos and do they show her claims to be wrong?

Otherwise, you simply hold to argue it out and accept a possible disputed rating. I have someone try to pull like crap with me, which is why I other have multiple photos of anything I market.

grant full refund upon return of the top, sounds similar to she is trying to pull a nifty one (this is one of the reasons ebay tell you not to do things like that as you enjoy no protection from ebay if you do). dont give her any partial money pay for, if its that bad why does she want to preserve it? Let the claim go through , report the truth be honest and hopefully justice will prevail.

Tell her to return it and you will refund her, her money excluding costs and information bank fees as it was not stained or have any pulls in it.The trouble near ebay is the world is full of pricks and a lot give the impression of being to congregate on that site.AVOID PAYPAL Do not refund her money until she sends the item spinal column and you have received it. Tell them to return the garment (which will be at their own cost) and you will give full compensation (less the postage costs). Alternatively they can keep the garment and you will impart them a refund of lb10.
