What do you like to do. Are in attendance others who would like to swot up. Or are there folks who would close to something that you make. Figure out a instrument to make that into a business.

I can't, my accepted wisdom won't apply to you.

You need to know the marketplace in your nouns, find out what's missing, and meet that obligation. Noone else can do this for you.

Because where my city may need parking, yours may have plenty of it. If my city wants restaurants, yours may not. If my city's economy is tech-based it may necessitate tech-oriented businesses, yours may not.

Even smaller, my neighbourhood may have need of someone to mow the lawn, yours may not.

Know your open market, narrow it down, digit out what they need.

Are they masculine or female, young-looking or old, rich or poor, what characteristics of work do they do, where do they live, what do they obligation?

That's the basics of defining your flea market. Do that first, the solutions will come after you figure out the problem, you can't only apply random solutions to a problem that you don't know, the answer may not fit.
