I actually own an oline business and go through PayPal. YES you can wallet a dispute just be sure to mention the size be incorrect. Unfortunatley, they may ask you to pay for the return shipping. NOw, if you still enjoy the origanal box it came contained by, and the the shipping label isn't ripped, afterwards you can put the shirt back within there, cassette it back up cleanly (like it be never opened) and write "Return to Sender" on the shipping label and put it surrounded by a post office box and they will not deny it. But if you come face-to-face near soneone at a post office, they may ask you, "Has it be opened" because they don't want you to put anything in the box that wasn't within before to carry free shipping.
If the person doesn't respond to the dispute contained by about 2-3 days, later you can file a claim and they HAVE to respond or PayPal will automatically repayment your money in resembling 10 days.
Answers: I wouldn't bother, the key thing is that at smallest you received your shirt.
