i imply its your daughter and your business. so why would they have something to speak about it. the age is not a problem because she is 16 and i.e. a legal age to work.. and it is up to you and your daughter to discuss her payroll. i be determined she doest have to be on a payroll if she is predisposed to work for free..

if she's 16 she's court to work and 5 hrs a week is not bad, youre not doing anything wrong as far as the payroll is concerned i contemplate she has to be on it..you might want to name the workforce commission on that...good luck!
