Can I sue for potential profit loss? I received defective products from a supplier and now my clients do

I received defective products from a supplier and now my clients do not want to proclaim from me anymore. I don't just want a return, I want the supplier to also reimburse me for my lost profits. Is this possible? I am in California.
I doubt it, you could always try but I don't know if you own much of a chance of successful.
Seek a lawyer who is into business tenet and contracts. It is hard to prove potential unless you enjoy proof of prior success or souk research to give an established expected rate of return base on industry or business figures. This really depends on what the product is...and if the client have been a trusted client back...etc etc.

Answers:   Nope..Suck it up and find a foreign supplier. Do your research this time Sparky.
