Can my project can grasp financed by any edge or any financial instituation? DETAILS OF THE PROJECT:- I NEED TO PURCHASE TWO

DETAILS OF THE PROJECT:- I NEED TO PURCHASE TWO ACRES OF LAND AND THEN DIVIDE IT UNIFORMLY IN SMALL SIZES LIKE 1500SQ.FT.,2000SQ.FT.,3000SQ.FT.etc.WITH 25FT WIDE ROADS IN BETWEEN THEM.THEN I WANNA SELL THIS SMALL PLOTS IN SQ.FTs.TO CUSTOMERS.
MEANWHILE SELLING THIS SMALL PLOTS I'LL PAY THE FINANCED AMOUNT WITH INTEREST.THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT IS GOIN TO TAKE 3-4MONTHS ONLY.
PLEASE ANSWEAR IF ANY EXPERT CAN GUIDE ME.
The FIRST question the ridge will ask is WHY would ANYONE want to own a sq. ft. of land among tons other squar feet of home.

If you can't answer THAT question, don't even bother the wall with such foolishness.
