Answers:    Check your local bureau supply store. You can also check larger mail charge supply chains.

Your options are:
Preprinted forms surrounded by duplicate, triplicate, etc. (Many stores will sell some type of invoice or other pre-printed forms close to this, but you can also have them custom made next to your own text, etc, at Printer businesses, approaching Kinko's) Using preprinted forms usually requires that you buy them in bulk... so you own to buy a minimum quantity to capture started...and if you make any change to your contract later.consequently that's just so much crumb paper, hehehe.

Blank duplicate/triplicate serious newspaper to be used in a typewriter, or dot-matrix printer (any printing device that uses 'impact' necessarily, but not 'inkjet' printers)

In our business, we simply print as many copies as prerequisite, on the ink jet printers, and sticky label them.. "copy 1, copy 2, or client copy, business copy, etc) - then own all party sign all copies. For us, this give us the flexibility we need, and is more cost decisive.

Oh, yes, you could also opt for one of those electronic signature boards like the assignment services use (UPS, etc)... These can be found at computer suppliers, point of sale suppliers, etc.

Good Luck
