Database admin business? I would like to start some sort of database admin business.

I would like to start some sort of database admin business. I'm not even sure if thats what it would be. I enjoy doing spreadsheets using info I own gathered and compiling it into an organized, glib to read spreadsheet that makes sense at a peep. What would this technically be called? I relish making spreadsheets any chance I find at work but I dont get to do like mad of them. I was wondering even if any businesses would own some sort of need for a 3rd character to do this or if they would handle this odd job by themselves. Alot of communication problems here at my work could be solved by having possibly just one personage to compile info into an easily readable spreadsheet. For example, I would close to to keep an ongoing spreadsheet for specific things from companies that would supp;y next to the data. Is this a possible theory or is this idea unneccessary within this world of high tech? I hope everyone understand my crazy idea here. Thanks for your responses!

You are discussion about replacing the work of sql database next to handy job, and I dont reflect on that this is interesting for anyone because sql can arrange your data and picture them and also communicate them to anyone in any route with a click.
