Do section time workers (2 days per week) obtain overtime for working over 8 hours per morning? I've never seen it.

I've never seen it. I won't right to be heard it's not possible, but significantly unlikely. Typically you won't recieve overtime unless it's over 40 hours in a week.
it's completely up to the company for which
you work for.

Answers:    No,
Government mandated rearrangement of wealth law state that overtime is paid on non-exempt member of staff worked hours over 40 per week.
Thus, if a full time employee have a single paid sick daylight in the week, consequently worked saturday to try for overtime, the saturday pay would be straight time.

Now, if your employer requirements to go above and beyond that, the employer is allowed to. But the employer cannot do anything smaller amount.
