Do I own to dispense out applications? I'm an office representative for a small moving company. We have tons

I'm an office representative for a small moving company. We have tons of culture come in to apply for job - but we are not hiring at the moment. When I state we are not hiring some will say - but my cousin said you be.
Paper costs money so I refuse to provide out applications. Is this wrong?

I also do not want people baggy out in our lobby (its hot) while they crowd out a piece of paper that will not be looked at.
My dear friend, if your not hiring your not hiring. Just say I'm sorry.
Just influence, "I'm sorry, but we aren't currently accepting applications." It's perfectly permissible. You're completely right. Just tell them they be misinformed and to be on their way. If anyone give you trouble, call your building surety or the cops.

Answers:   no it's not wrong and man that you are the office principal, i'm sure that you are the one who knows if you are hiring... the culture applying for those jobs are not notably educated and might involve a little bit of motivation to give. may i suggest informing them that they have to pinch a drug test if they want an application.
