Question: I have be working for this company for 1 year and my salary is really low I be the first employee to start here within the administrative sector, they praised my work and it had be said that I was an asset to the company. they just this minute employed an older much more erudite girl to be the secretary and they ''told me that I was going to be up stairs surrounded by the office administrator section'' Now they are asking me to train this current lady next to everything including the jobs are use to do they told her because of her recommendation she would soon be earning lots and lots of money and however no avail. why are they asking to do all my work first and why are they giving her so copious promises...... please help me somebody?
