Does the rigid purpose inside an envelope charge apply to...? Does this charge apply to mail from the United States to


Does this charge apply to mail from the United States to a foreign country? I suppose within is some kind of maximum envelope solidity allowed at least. But I be just wondering if at hand is an extra charge for sending a not uniformly flat envelope overseas.

You can use a bubble envelope. There shouldn't be an extra charge. It go by weight.

within situations like that i other add extra postage...purely in skin, because ive had a few returned to me for insufficient postage because of compactness :) but i find that instead of 1 stamp i add 2 ( example) it works
