Does this sounds right/good? The scenario behind this e-mail is that this guy have to do

The scenario behind this e-mail is that this guy have to do a custom bottle for me. He gave me two weeks and in a minute it has be four weeks and I haven't receive nothing so far. That why I am sending this e-mail but my concern is to not nouns pushy or mean.

Dear Mr Garcia,

Hello, its me, Xavier X. The college student that go over there around 4 weeks ago to collaborate about some custom bottle's. And I am wondering how is the proclaim coming out? I hate to nouns pushy and I appoligize if I wound like that.

Thanks!
Maybe put the e-mail aside for the time being and cell phone them instead. It's much easier to get an answer over the phone. If it's convenient for you to freshly go see them, that's even better.

Good luck.
It is okay to write a communiqu¨¦ or make a phone name concerning your order. You don't call for to apologize for something that you paid for. Sometimes you do own to be tough however if the time seems to be getting too long later you may need to ask for your money subsidise. I think you should ring up them. Sometimes you need to be pushy somewhat bit. If you have rewarded him already, then you hold a right to be pushy. Dont demand anything... that never works LOL... but ask them whats going on and etc. They should be capable of answer your questions directly.
Good Luck!
