Ebay and paypal cross-question? i bought a krzr on ebay. so i paid for it through

i bought a krzr on ebay. so i paid for it through paypal. on the lay down details it said it was shipped on 3/6/08. so i be wondering if anyone no what to do I'm not quite sure of the quiz. If your paypal said that it was shipped on 3/6/08, next it was shipped on that date. It, contained by turn, should have a knit with the tracking information. If you still enjoy not received it to this date April 1st, i would contact the seller to run care of this issue. Tell him/her that you haven't received your item all the same and its been nearly a month and you are wandering where on earth it is. If you have no more tolerance on the matter, emergency a refund and look for a different more reliable wholesaler, (pay attention to the member mark by their user-name and read their reviews). If the seller refuse the refund and is not individual compliant on the situation then contact eBay itself and database a complaint, and they will help near the situation.
Depending on where it be shipped from and how, it really should of been in that by now. I would contact the buyer roughly shipping information. If no response, enter a dispute through Ebay and Paypal so you can get your money support.

Answers:    Email the Seller immediately. Then keep on 3 more business days.. If there are no fine excuses and/or replies:

Then go login your Paypal information and file a dispute. When you interested a dispute, it is a "compromise and resolution" between you and the Seller only. He/she have to provide proof (such as a tracking confirmation) for the shipment. The dispute usually last a few weeks, later Paypal will review this dispute and settle a decision base on the comments and/or evidence given.

Keep in mind: if you haven't received your KRZR, and Paypal decide to resolve the dispute in your favor, it does not necessarily close-fisted that you will get your money rear legs. Often times, the slick culprit would withdraw the money out of their Paypal rationalization, thus their bank, in the past Paypal can retrieve the money. So, what Paypal and Ebay would only know how to do now is to suspend their information. The end result is that you probably won't seize your money back.

A similar situation happen to me before, where on earth I had ordered a Motorola V3 over two years ago. The guy never sent me my supposedly "NEW" $150 phone. I wait and waited. Then I contacted the guy through email. He never replied. So I file a dispute with Paypal. They ruled surrounded by my favor, but I never got my money because within was no money surrounded by the Seller's account.

So what I did be, I went to my mound (Citizens Bank) and told them what happened. They be kind adequate to override some rules, to file a dispute to return with my money back from Paypal. I be lucky to get my hardworking money wager on this way. However, Paypal be so upset that they banned my tale for awhile.

After you file the dispute on Paypal, move about to Ebay and write a negative feedback around this item being sold from this buyer. Feedbacks close to these help other buyers avoid similar problems, especially from this Seller.

It looks as though you are not experienced beside online buying and selling. Google up "Nigerian scams" and read up what is provided by a news source such as MSNBC.. Nigerian scam have gotten thousands of citizens across the globe, next to millions of dollars invested in these culprits who "promise" to generate our money worth the "investment."
