Ebay interrogate? An ebayer asked me if I could ship an item to

An ebayer asked me if I could ship an item to new jersey instead of New York which is what his paypal address is. Should I do this? Would here be any identification problems beside this? I am a first time seller which is why I am asking.
If you ship to any address save for the address associated with his PayPal reason, you will lose any and all Seller Protection. The buyer can claim he never received the item, and database a claim with PayPal. And because you can't prove you shipped it to the address associated near PayPal, you will lose the claim.

Don't do it, it will save you profusely of headache.
ship to lone paypal verified addresses.

Answers:
How is his feedback? I supply on ebay and have have people travel on vacation/school/move to a different location and I have shipped other places besides the paypal address

Check his feedback. Does he own enough to where on earth he wouldnt want his first negative? If he solely has a few feedback ratings later I would say don't do it - but sometimes things come up.. use your best judgement. Tell him he have to pay for insurance up to $50 if it get lost ($1.30) and tell him he have to pay for transport confirmation also. That way you know he get it

I'd say its fine - but you should achieve his phone number (you can request this - search for it surrounded by ebays help section)
That track you can call him if he starts problems next to you

I'd say discuss adjectives of that with him, and you'll be fine
