I just put up my 1st auctions ending week and on my auction pages I wrote will ship to UK lone on all except one. The assignment at the bottom of the page I forgot to write only UK bidders on said dispatches to UK merely. A person from france bid ending minute and won the auction and i told them i couldnt send to france. They told me to look at their feedback they be good payers and they be. So i made an exception and said i would send the items to france. The transference worked out more than I had charged on ebay but my charge be based on distribution in UK, so the extra charge be made out in an invoice to the party in France. They wont repay it now and i can't afford to money out of my own pocket for this customer. The extra charge is a small amount and they cancelled my money request before even discussion to me about it. I touch it is their responsibility to cover this additional charge but how can i MAKE them clear it?

P+P on e-bay is normally worked out as UK with the sole purpose so if this person have not paid the extra cost to ship to France next report them to e-bay.

Answers: When I first started out on ebay selling I had a few problems resembling that. I chalked it up as a learning experience and didn't kind waves out of it because I be still learning. The best entity to do is not to leave a feedback and they most promising won't either. Relist your item and put on the market it again after you made your corrections on your listing.
