Answers: when u win it or buy it-the street trader will send u their address. progress to walmart or bank n receive a money order-50 cents. write what its for on it. they will type in the signature n address etc. keep unloading!! if u get it at a wall n send it out of state some ppl wont brass them so seller sends vertebrae n u can go to walmart. if u do it this path ebay is not responsable for anything.
if u get a check card from sandbank u can do pay chum too. i like money instructions best.

To distribute a money order on ebay if you win an item--After you win you will bring back an email with the seller address in it distribute it to the address. I recommend verifying the address and designation with the peddler to be safe. And dont forget to hold onto the money decree reciept! : )
