Ebay user wait 30 days to payment? I filed a claim, due to him not responding or paying I

I filed a claim, due to him not responding or paying I closed it and relisted the item. It's gone. Now he salaried 4 weeks after auction end which is a clear betrayal of my rules (48 hours lol) and told me "you're just lucky I rewarded at all".

I left distrustful feedback 3 weeks ago! This guy is now threatning me because he rewarded but come on, 4 weeks late?

Answers: Just repayment his money. He can complain all he requirements. Don't send him the item. He's a trouble inventor.

Going forward, make sure you transport follow up emails every day, and on the 3rd time, say the item have been re-listed since they didn't salary.

Refund the person their money. Contact Ebay so that they can spawn sure you don't receive negative feedback on this transaction. If you did everything right by the agreement set forth surrounded by your auction listing, you should be fine. Just return his money and ignore him.
