Work for a small community hosp. Hours are PRN. Recently be changed to 7 days straight 8 hr shifts. Asked if this would be clasified as FT. Was told no we singular enjoy 3 FT positions. But in that are 4 shifts. I come within when ever nearby is an vent. Do not dance home rash. And own never said No I can not come contained by. Even beside smaller quantity consequently 30 min see that I am needed. Well today I said no. I am suppose to be at work tomorrow A.M. (5 o'clock) But they needed me to work till 11 this evening and afterwards come wager on. Is it wrong to perceive a short time lower than appreciated from this company? And should I start sending out resumes? Is this turning into a motionless closing stages opening?
