Fashion design career? it has other been my dream to get underway up my own

it has other been my dream to get underway up my own little business selling bohemian style clothing, if this fantasy will ever come true.. i do not know...but can anyone endow with me any advice on what classes i shhould give somebody a lift (besides fashion design sillies), what i should attain myself involved in to form it in fad business?

Answers: Well the fact that you realize that this is a "business" is a righteous start... most people acquire hung up on the creative clothing part and forget in the region of the business side.
If you can work ( at least for a year , since to be precise a full cylcle) for a design company that would be great ( even if you intern) there is no better experience than hand on...This way you can see the business from the inside and see what it take.
If you are going to schools, steal Fashion Merchandising courses. anything that has to do beside Production, Buying, Manufacturing. If you are going to school for vogue design, then suggest about taking a few classes after you finish contained by Fashion Merchandising. which is really the retail side of fashion...
That is the difference between Fashion Design Degree and Fashion Merchandising Program... One is the clothing the other is the retail ( selling) aspect.
