Fired for inability to do the career, how long should they be allowed to stay after termination? We had an hand on our team who be a very frozen

We had an hand on our team who be a very frozen worker but really struggled in doing his chore. In my opinion much of the problem be the manager who did not provide the vital guidance or support. But who knows, the work reading was below the supervisors expectations.

Finally she be fired and told to leave directly. Trouble was the member of staff was contained by the middle of a number of knob assignments and know how to do certain things that others surrounded by the department did not know how to do. So now that she is gone the department is contained by crisis. So many lose ends and no direction on how to win things done that the fired employee be in the middle of.

The boss feel bad but say if we allowed the fired employee to stay to wrap up loose ends she would be disruptive and grounds harm to morale and I don`t know try to destroy files and computer programs, etc.

What would you recomend surrounded by a similar situation?

Answers:   If your bus driver was not competent to drive, how long, as a passenger would you want the driver to continue contained by their job?
