Answers:   I would make some fliers and any leave them at the entrance of the complexes for tenant to pick up (they need to hold a large heading, be colorful, and enjoy a sign by them that says "Take one for a free stroke!" or something) OR you could slide them under respectively apartment door. I'd opt for the first one, personally.

Also, I would kind the massage just 15 minutes. If you are giving an hour of your time for free, that will really wear you out! But 15 minutes is enough time for them to catch a taste of what you hold to offer. Then, you could do massage at the same apartment one after the other on a given daytime, then move to the subsequent.
