Question: The buyer has compensated lb90 for it and has a low feedback mark because seems to sign out people impossible feedback all the time! I would contact buyer and apologise an explain but she will exit me bad feedback as she have with abundant other sellers, so if I distribute the bag or not I bring bad feedback, what should I do?
My experience within ebay in cases resembling this is that as long as you are forthcoming to the user -- letting them know that you found a defect contained by the item only after the auction have ended and messed up to disclose it in the book -- they are likely to have a handle on. As long as you PROMPTLY refund to them the stipend if you have received any.

As for the feedback, I hold been lucky to find restrained buyers. They either give me positive feedback for being honest (though I get some chiding and was call "irresponsible" seller for not thoroughly checking on the item previously listing it, or don't contribute me feedback at all.

You cannot control how the other being would respond in vocabulary of leaving feedback. The merely thing to do is to apologize, return the money, and brace yourself for anything consequences. The thing to do in a minute is NOT to anger the buyer by refusing the return the fee or sending an item you know is defective.
