Never seize paid by the hour on these sort of job,
Get paid by the employment only.
Like offices--charge 50-150 dollars
Like homes---40 at smallest or more once a week (per home)
Licensing isn't needed unless you deal beside heavy duty chemicals. Insurance would be obliging though. Per hour. You also need to be clear on what is to be done.
Picking up clutter/trash
Dusting
Cleaning toilets, sinks, etc.
Sweeping and Mopping
Basically a enumerate of everything you will do.
Some people enjoy more mess than others so it would not be fair to charge per square foot. Time is better.
