I want to open my own buissness for fixing and sculpture cars, but I'm only 16 and be wondering how old you enjoy to be.

Don't worry give or take a few formalities and details- you'll probably be able to operate full-scale for three years or more until that time someone from the IRS or something notices that you don't enjoy stuff like a business license. And even consequently, it's not like they'll throw you surrounded by jail- the fine might be fifty bucks.

Worry about ringing the dosh register first, not bogging yourself down with the beaurocracy. Take carefulness of that when you get bored contained by a year or two :) if ever.

And if/when you decide to be in motion official, ask someone at your church or youth outreach department to set you up with an entrepreneurial mentor. Someone else who know the game will give a hand you gladly, most imagined. You could spend 30 hours finding out yourself the hard track, or 30 seconds asking someone who know. By the time you've got experience running a shop, you'll know which of those two option is the best =)

Opening the business is not the problem it's that you won't be able to return with insurance for the business that your age makes a difference.

You can start a business at any age, but if it's something that requires insurance on any the building or the business etc. you have to be the age of majority.

Also you can't enter into a lawful contract which also means rent until your the age of majority, it won't stand up within court.

So that's the problem, not starting the business.
