How do I count money support to customers? I work for my mom who owns her own business. She wants

I work for my mom who owns her own business. She wants me to count the evolution back to customers. I only can't seem to grasp the concept even though I know it's flowing. Can someone please explain how to do it, in an allowable way??
PS: We hold a cash register that tell you how much to give spinal column .THANKS!
If your register is relating you how much you're supposed to give hindmost, then the rest really is intensely easy.

First, speak about them how much their total change is. (For example, $8.75.) Hand them the loose modify first (the 75 cents) and tell them something approaching "there's the 75" and then count out the bills so they can see, starting near the largest bill. Counting it rear makes it more personal an experience and it also give the customer the feeling that they hold their correct change when they move off.
There are places that just paw the cash vertebrae and say nought or eveb just put the revise on the counter.

Ex. "So, from $50.00 your change is $35.50. *Say outloud as you count it surrounded by your hand, after pass it to them*..."10, 20, 5 and 50 cents, that's $35.50. Thanks thoroughly much, have a great day".

When I worked retail, I would single count if the bill was lofty, like $50 or $100.00. Depending on how busy you guys are, it might be monotonous to count all the time. Once your mom trusts you and you become perfect at counting out change, you'll find out when to count renovate and when not to (ex. if a customer is in a hurry you might not want to, or if it's an elderly creature with trouble audible range you might want to count it)
It is always a SAFE PRACTICE to count the cash back to Customers. It looks professional .as a Cashier. It's almost a lost art, something you might try is to train your brain to count from the amount instead of 0 every time.
