How do i start modeling? I'm a 16 year old girl, i live contained by Central

I'm a 16 year old girl, i live contained by Central New York and i want to start gaining experience contained by modeling. i'm good looking but not gorgeous and i'm markedly petite and i am what people should be looking for. My merely problem is i have no experience at adjectives and i don't know where to be in motion or how to start or who to look for. I want to start out simple. Where do i go to grasp a modeling job? do i look for an agent or travel straight to the company? one other problem is that i am only 5 foot 6 inches. Would that cut my likelihood at all?

well, it is a right i dea to make a "portfolio" you should put pictures and info on yourself.
(look it up on the internet if you want details on how to create one)... then you should start sending your portfolio to modelling agencies/companies and see if they beckon you.
