I apply for buiding permit and want to do an estimated cost analysis. how do I do this
You just do a break down of adjectives the cost you are going to inccur. Do your costs for, labor, materials, permits (if they cost to obtain), equipment.
Go to this site for an example http://www.ecsel.psu.edu/~bek133/costbreakdown.html

Just figure out everything you call for and all that labor crap to. Some ancestors businesses give you free estimates. I know roofing place do. Get one of them to estimate your charge and go from in attendance. But if its bigger you might need for a time help. *
Ask the right culture I guess. Source(s):
Thought.

You stipulation to go to the cat and the helmet and i think that i am gunna kiss my sister. Dont update anyone but we go out and my mommy doesnt know and my sister make out with me

I would jump to Home Depot or Lowe's; I would talk to a specialist and report them exactly what you plan to build. They could help you engineer a list of adjectives necessary materials. I would later list the Description, Unit Price, Quantity, and Total Price (Unit Price x Quantity) contained by MicroSoft Excel or just foot write if you do not have access to MS Excel.

Another opportunity is to get a contractor to come out and distribute you a written quote. Depending on how much time you have, you may even find two or three written quotes. You can use there write ups to determine your total estimated costs.
