Answer:
Hi, I am an eBay Powerseller and have be since 2003. I have sold 12,000 items worldwide. I profit give or take a few $3,000 a month.

If you are going to make eBay a business, you own to spend some time researching what is profitable. Many people move about on eBay and just clutch a shot in the murky and expect their items to sell. And the products don't put on the market, then the purveyor becomes discouraged and speaks inadequately of eBay.

Research completed listings and see what has sold, for how much, how several different bidders an item had, how several bids, and look at what people are buying. You wouldn't put your house or your sports car up for sale lacking researching those types of sales, and eBay is no different.
