Hmmm, that interrogate goes right up here with; "How much does a coup¨¦ cost?", and a plethora of other generalized questions... the cost of a sports car depends upon a number of details, doesn't it? A sports car can run from free, to millions of dollars, depending on the car, right? So that's your answer. Things to reflect on of: how big's your operation? how much time are you putting into it? How organized are you? How savvy are you? how much merchandise are you starting off next to? How much capital do you hold to start?, and a hundred more questions.
When I used to vend on ebay, I did it the WRONG way, I did everything! I next met a man who had the valid money to do it right; he hired enough society to have an "assembly line" of products going online for Dutch auction. This particular man's business be Antiquities, and he had three associates out there buying stuff, (he regularly sold the big/heavy stuff at his auction house), afterwards he had one entity taking photos, another editing them for online display, a person researching products for online descriptions, and another helping her, to write the descriptions... in that was all the same another person putting adjectives ths online, and then he have a dedicated personality to answer ebay questions, and promise with shipping... he did so much more volume than me, that it adjectives payed off! If you're doing this alone, its existing hard work... all right, not hard, but the hours are exhausting, and you'll burn out soon. Then, you need to go and get a feel for the ebay buying community... one week a item won't sell, next another, and it sells approaching crazy! It can be a crap shoot!
I have another friend I help get into Ebay, when I be doing it, and she also did it right... she specialized! She's still selling, and making a good living, but have dedicated customers who come stern again and again. She's selling a antique textiles, and understand her market place.
I spent 16 hrs a sunshine, and I made about $2000/week, but it wasn't adjectives my money either... I not here this in 2000, and go back to academy! You've got to enjoy volume, it's the only style, unless you are selling a valuable specialized product.
You also own to know what you need to construct after taxes, fees, etc... and you will have to recompense taxes, they'll eventually catch up to you, and you'll be royally screwed if you don't start sour paying, because they'll want it all, next to interest! Back when I sold on ebay, they didn't yet deduce of asking us to pay taxes on our sale (besides, there's no sales tariff in NH)
