How should we contract near a horrible governor? Question: I, along with the rest of the organization at

Question: I, along with the rest of the organization at a small restaurant we work at have have enough of our executive. She is almost always within a bad mood, and is at times rude to customers, and make us do a lot of her stuff while she a moment ago sits around or goes outside for cigarette breaks. The 6 of us want to agree to the owner know, but don't know how to go something like it...any suggestions? (P.S., talking to our superintendent has NOT help, and if we did it would only create things worse).
I would suggest that you write the owner a memo.
Request a debate with the owner and bring along at smallest two witnesses as well as a signed petition from the other complaintants. Make sure you document the incidents you are observe from this manager so that you can bring your record with you to the school assembly. Perhaps, you could suggest that one of you are management things. Good luck!

Your inspector is not very well-mannered, that's for sure. If I were the owner she would already be gone. But I meditate what you describe is not too, too bad and is in actuality pretty common. I assume maybe you should a moment ago work around the problem or look for another job. If you be to succeed at getting your manager fired, your modern manager would probably not be much better. If you be to fail at getting your controller fired, things would maybe find even worse because then she would probably be angry. I do have a sneaking suspicion that the owner would appreciate knowing though. Maybe you could give him some hints somehow.
Give her one last kismet... everyone on way contained by give her a flower.. and subsequent time you get into trouble beside her.. mark a polite appeal.... even if that doesn't work... get together the owner and tell him/her the status of the negotiator (without frills).
is at hand a way that adjectives 6 of you can show up at the restaurant at the same time... adjectives of you rehearse what you will say to her, and adjectives threaten to walk out and go her with NO workforce...tell her you're adjectives serious and all feed up with her and her routine. See if she will listen and agree to try and change. If it doesn't work, adjectives of you should be ready/willing to walk out and find something else if it's possible.

Answers:
Just go right over the top of her. Have a group congregation with the owner and voice your concerns. Ask the owner if they will sermon to the manager directly, or if you infer that would run downhill to everyone else, see if the owner will 'stop in' once in a while or possibly pick up a short shift. Doing that would maintain the manager contained by line for a moment better or maybe the owner would take into custody them in the stroke of whatever and you could notify the owner of repeat offenses. Also putting a customer feedback box or something would inform the owner of unpromising 'tude from your manager.
