how to buy and operate a fireworks stand to clear money? Question: i would like to do this at my home.

Question: i would like to do this at my home.
Buy for for a while, sell for greatly.
In California, and within counties where fireworks are allowed, they usually won't give a stand to only just anyone to make money. They afford top priority to those organizations who are looking for fundraising. They may of late laugh at you if you are looking to clear some quick bucks. These things are reserved for those who really requirement it... red cross, churches, youth organizations, etc. But it is usually on the county even if you need to contact someone.

Answers:
That is certainly not true that they give priority to fundraising organization! I have have them almost beg me to purloin over a stand, b/c they didn't have anyone & didn't want to lose money.

There are a couple of things: You (at least possible on the ones I was associated with) must own good credit, or hold someone sign for you that does, & you must be prepared to work very concrete (at least long hours & someone must stay the dark with the fireworks to cause sure no one steals them.)
There are several companies that do this:
Go to manufacturer, thomas register, etc. I don't remember how I found them before when I be into that. I think one be www.americanFireworks.com. Perhaps do a search on fireworks manufacturer. They really want you & need you if you are honest & dependable. You also at that time (about 10 yrs ago) have to put up a deposit of about $2,000.00. and in attendance were with the sole purpose about 3 or 4 through companies that did this in the U.S.
Good Luck!
You'd hold to check with your local fire marshall (or whoever act as the supervising authority over the fire departments) and find out if it's legal to do so, and what forms/fees/etc want filled out. Then you call for to find a wholesaler willing to trade to you. Location (more fees, probably). Storage of the product (must meet ATFE requirements). Etc etc.
